How do I get an
extension on my court assigned due date?
Only the court can give you an extension
on your due date. If your due date is approaching and you
need more time, you will need to show up in court on or
before the due date to ask for an extension. Contact your
court for more details. If you have already registered with
us, after you log in there will be an "Update Information"
link on your status page. Click there and update the court
date information.

What if I want my certificate sent to a different address?
When you log on to our website, you will
be taken to the user status page. To the right of the
Register Icon, there is a link "Update Information". Click
this link and you will be able to update the information
entered at registration.

What if I don't have my own computer?
No problem! Although this is a "home
study" program, many of our students complete the
internet traffic school course
from work (on their breaks, of course...), a friends house,
the library, a cyber cafe or anywhere else that their is a
computer with Internet access. All you have to have is a
driver's license number and a traffic ticket!

What if I don't have my own email address?
It is not necessary to have an email
address to use Ticket Erasers Online Traffic School.
Although we will send status reports to our students with
email address, those without can get the same information
from their account status page or by calling our toll free
number 800-723-1955

Does my court have any special requirements regarding "home
study", or online traffic school?
Certain courts may have unique
requirements for home study or online traffic schools. Any
special instructions will be displayed after you have
completed your final exam. You can also look up your court
on our Available Courts page, all approved courts will
appear as hyper-links. Simply mouse-click on your court name
and any special instructions will appear on the screen.
