How will I know when my completion certificate has been sent
out?
When you Login to the site, you are taken
to a status page for your student account. This page will
post the date that your completion certificate was mailed,
and by what method (normal mail, registered, next day, or
pickup).
YOUR CERTIFICATE IS MAILED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF COMPLETION. We
guarantee fastest turnaround time:
- If you complete your course by 11:00am
PST, your certificate will be mailed by noon that same day
- If you complete your course by 4:00pm
PST, your certificate will be mailed by 4:30 that same day
Completion of the course is constituted
by these requirements. Also, if you provided us an email
address, we will email a notice letting you know that your
certificate has been sent. If you do not have easy access to
a computer, you may call us at our toll free number
800-723-1955 for status.

Can anyone fail this course?
Although unlikely, in the event that you
should not correctly answer 8 of the 10 questions on the
final exam, you will be required to retake it. You can
retake the final exam as many times as you need to, but most
only need one try. The questions will be different, but they
will cover the same material. You pay no additional fees -
simply retake the exam when you are comfortable with the
information covered in our traffic school online course.
